scort didint reset for me and i cant claim rewards ???

cant claim 300 gems from yesterday escort and today when i click on escort 1 gold air ship it add 100 points to 500 score so it showing 600 escorts points please help i whant my gems

Did you send an airship right before server reset? I have heard of this happening if you have an airship on the way when the server resets. I can't help you with it, since I'm not tech support, but if this is the case, at least I can help you avoid doing it again in the future.

yesterday i got 500 points and today i was waiting to reset so i claim 300 gems the moment it reset and show time 5:00 i exort another gold air ship but when i get to rewards i was unable to get my rewards from yesterday becouse it didint reset and in rankings it show 600 points so it add 100+ from today i was waiting this so i can buy more vitality for explore event that i work on hunt prestige but im totaly broke becouse of this weird this hapened first time :/
